The Uptown Live Summer Series is a free music and arts event that transforms Uptown New Westminster into a vibrant outdoor stage every weekend from June to September. The series features busker-style performances by local artists in plazas, patios, and street corners throughout the Uptown area. With three extended performance weekends, Uptown Live delivers an unforgettable celebration of community, creativity, and local talent.
The Uptown Live Summer Series was free to attend in 2026. The free event was made possible through funding support from the Uptown Business Association of New Westminster, the City of New Westminster and generous corporate sponsors including the Presenting Sponsor, TD Ready Commitment.
Each weekend, performances pop up at patios, plazas, and street corners throughout Uptown. Locations are announced in advance. Check this website and social media for updates!
Uptown Live features a wide variety of local (New West and Metro Vancouver) artists and genres. Check back in June 2027 to see the new schedule.
